The BMCC Manual Glass Film Remover utilizes high-speed rotating specialized grinding wheels to precisely remove functional coatings from the edges of LOW-E glass. It is a critical pre-treatment machine for ensuring the ultimate sealing quality of insulating glass units.

4. Operating Instructions (Summary)
Our machine is designed for ease of use:
1.Loading & Transfer: Place the glass onto the infeed conveyor. The synchronous belt system smoothly transfers it into the main unit.
2.Automatic Positioning: Photoelectric sensors detect the glass, and the automatic centering system precisely squares and clamps it.
3.Parameter Setting/Calling: The operator selects or inputs parameters (glass size, removal width, number of passes, etc.) on the Weinview HMI or recalls a pre-stored recipe. Multi-pass removal can be set for a more thorough result.
4.Automatic Execution: Start the machine. The grinding head, driven by Yaskawa servo motors, moves to the starting point. The grinding wheel lowers and travels along the preset path on the glass edge, removing the coating at high speed. The synchronous dust extraction system collects the dust. Grinding wheel speed can be adjusted automatically/manually based on coating hardness.
5.Completion & Unloading: After all edges are processed (handling both large and small pieces in one cycle), the grinding head retracts, the clamps release, and the glass is transferred out via the synchronous belt conveyor to the next process.
