Based on the finalized requirements, we initiate the sample preparation process (where applicable) to ensure the results perfectly match your expectations. For large-scale machinery or complex processes, we provide detailed processing test reports or sample videos for your remote confirmation.

3. Formal Contract & Order Confirmation

After the sample or solution is approved, we sign a formal contract detailing specifications, quantity, delivery standards, and payment terms to protect both parties' interests.

Upon contract signing and receipt of the advance payment as agreed, we immediately schedule production, ensuring a smooth connection between supply chain and manufacturing.

The production cycle officially starts after the advance payment is received, ensuring a transparent and controllable process. 

4.Efficient Manufacturing & Timely Delivery

We strictly adhere to the contract standards throughout production, maintaining strict control over quality and progress.
