New Insulating Glass Equipment Commissioned – Now in Full Operation!

We are delighted to announce that the new insulating glass production line at Jinan Baimai Chengcheng Machinery Co., Ltd. has been successfully commissioned and is now operating stably at full capacity.

This state-of-the-art line integrates automation and intelligent control, with full-process computer management. It efficiently produces a wide range of products, including double‑glazed, triple‑glazed, coated, and LOW‑E insulating glass units. The washing section and all water circuits are fabricated from stainless steel and corrosion‑resistant materials for extended durability. Multi‑speed operation allows flexible cleaning and conveying of glass in various dimensions. The control system employs world‑class imported components for reliable, consistent performance. All parts are manufactured to high standardization, and the entire line is assembled in a streamlined process to ensure stable quality and easy maintenance. Sealant application is full and even, with a smooth surface that requires no corner trimming.
