This automatic gas filling line is designed specifically for efficient gas filling and laminating of insulating glass.
1.Loading Section
● Optional coating detection automatically identifies most Low-E glass without parameter adjustment.
● Equipped with height and thickness measurement to ensure accurate brush/air knife gap adjustment.
● Maintenance ladder for easy access to washing section.
2.Washing Section
● 3 pairs of LOW-E brushes (3 front, 3 rear), 3 spray pipes + PVC nozzles, 2 circulating pumps, 1 tank (with water heating).
● 6 brush motors with 6 VFDs – stable for coated glass.
● Servo-driven brush/air knife gap adjustment (glass thickness 5–40mm).
● High-density heavy-duty rollers prevent small glass jamming and provide sufficient power for large glass.
● Washing tank, mounting plates, chains: 304 stainless steel; universal nozzles easy to clean.
● Baffle before drying section & water shield after air knife – avoid stains.

Operating Instructions (Summary)
1.Load: Place glass vertically on loading section – automatic thickness/height measurement; optional coating detection identifies Low-E glass.
2.Wash: Glass passes through washing section; brushes/air knife adapt to thickness; 3 pairs of rollers remove dirt; hot air drying.
3.Load spacer: Manually place aluminum spacer (or automatic loading); system automatically measures spacer thickness.
