This production line integrates glass washing, spacer/blind assembly, laminating, inert gas filling, and pressing. It handles glass sizes from 400×500mm up to 2000×2500mm with a maximum unit thickness of 85mm. Designed specifically for built-blind insulating glass, this line seamlessly connects washing to laminating & gas filling.
1.Loading Section
● Glass thickness measurement automatically adjusts brush/air knife gap.
● Maintenance ladder for easy access to washing section.
2.Washing Section
● 3 pairs of LOW-E brushes (3 front, 3 rear), 3 spray pipes, 2 circulating pumps, 1 tank (with water heating).
● 6 brush motors with 6 VFDs – stable for coated glass.
● Servo-driven brush/air knife gap adjustment (3–30mm glass).
● High-density heavy-duty rollers prevent small glass jamming.
● Washing tank, mounting plates, chains: 304 stainless steel; universal nozzles easy to clean.
● Baffle before drying section & water shield after air knife – avoid stains.
● Air knife: large-volume streamlined duct, flow 15380mm³/s.
● Drying section sound-insulated; high-pressure centrifugal silent fan (18.5kW, VFD start, auto frequency reduction to 15Hz when no glass).
● Butterfly valve + inlet filter on air duct; fan with heating.
● Auto water refill for tank.
3.Spacer & Blind Loading Section
● Open structure with internal stairs and inspection light bar for backside glass cleaning check.
