Our machine is designed for ease of use:
1.Setup: Load the glass sheet vertically into the machine. The automatic clamping system secures it in place.
2.Programming: Use the SYNTEC control panel to select the pre-programmed shape (rectangle, triangle, curve, etc.) or import your custom DXF file.
3.Parameter Adjustment: Set the laser power, speed, and number of passes based on the coating type (visible on the touch screen).
4.Execution: Start the machine. The laser head, guided by the OuYa galvanometer and SYNTEC controller, will automatically scan and remove the coating along the programmed path.
5.Removal: Once the process is complete, the laser stops automatically. Remove the glass. The edge is now ready for washing and butyl application.
